Yolanda is known for keeping business owners abreast of opportunities and relevant field technologies to keep crews working, cash flowing, oeprations tight to live their legacies and leave legacies. Most importantly, Yolanda is known for helping move from an archaic business model to an efficient profitable model to seize local, federal government and private contract opportunities. Graduating from Michigan's top universities, recognized as a leading real estate brokerage owner and licensed financial professional, Yolanda's unique stylistic personalized approach has created opportunities to work for the growing and emerging builders, renovators, contractors and real estate investors. No slowing down in sight, Yolanda is still taking Y R Real Estate Development Services Inc. to new heights.
Jeremiah
President
With a background in small town development and investing, Jeremiah quickly adapted to big city business. In 15 years, Jeremiah has moved up the ranks and has become our newest president. He has impressed many as a forward thinker and excellent communicator. Jeremiah also spearheads most of our companies charity events and non-profit out reach.

Chief Marketing Officer
Graduating from Illinois' finest business school, Lawrence has become well rounded in all facets of the industry. Spearheading marketing campaigns that brought on new clients, Lawrence has made a name for himself with engaging impactful digital marketing communications and designs. Lawrence has been recognized for his community service and mentoring. Lawrence has proven to become the face of Y R Real Estate Development Services Inc. a positive invaluable asset to the community.
